- 500 g prunes Boiling water, for soaking 100 g walnut halves or chopped walnuts 300 g sour cream, chilled
Instructions
- 1Rinse the prunes. Cover with boiling water and let them soak for several hours or overnight. Drain the prunes and remove the pits if needed. Stuff each prune with a walnut half or a little chopped walnut. Arrange the prunes on a serving plate. Spoon the chilled sour cream over the top. Sprinkle with finely ground walnuts before serving.
